Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal information you provide to us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 as revised by the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, and other applicable privacy laws.

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Payment Process

All payments are due in advance of a consultations. Payments can be made in full prior to first initial consultation. Alternatively packages can be charged on a monthly basis. Once your package has ended you may add on additional months as you need at the same monthly cost.

Cancellation policy

If you choose to cancel your booking, full refunds will be made up to 24 hours prior to booked consultation. Any consultations cancelled within 24 hours of booked consultation will be charged at 50%.

If you choose to cancel a 12 week package after the initial consultation then you will be charged the full payment for the consultations taken place, you will not be refunded a part month payment, you may cancel following monthly payments after agreement to end package.

Availability

I currently work 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9.30 to 15.00, and occasional Saturday mornings. Outside of these hours I will endeavour to answer emails at the earliest convenience. If you are not available at these time please get in touch as consultations can be arranged on alternative days where possible.

Mailing list

After signing up to become a client your email will be added to the monthly mailing list. Monthly newsletters are send out containing relevant information about nutrition and lifestyle. You may unsubscribe from this mailing list at any time at the bottom of the newsletter.

Advice given

Nutritional advice is not to replace any medical advice. I recommend you inform your GP that you are working with a Nutritional Therapist. I endeavour to work with other healthcare professionals including GP and welcome their involvement. If you are on any medication please inform your Nutritional Therapist, do not stop any medication unless discussed with your GP first. If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms that concern you please contact your GP.

Nutritional Therapy

As a registered Nutritional Therapist following the BANT and CNHC code of conduct I do not diagnose or treat and conditions. I address imbalances that may be triggering symptoms or affecting how a person feels. Nutritional Therapy works in line with functional medicine guidelines where we see the body as a whole and address the whole body through food, lifestyle, supplements and functional testing.
