This is a lovely smoothie for when you want something a little more indulgent. It's naturally sweet and creamy but also super healthy.
A smoothie a day is such a great way to pack in lot's of nutrients, getting some green veg in first thing in morning is an ideal way to set you up for the day and give you an energy boost!
This is my favourite weekend smoothie for when I want something a little more indulgent and delicious!
It's packed with antioxidants, healthy fats and fibre for gut health, all of this makes it brilliant for balancing your hormones!
Recipe:
This makes one large smoothie or 2 small glasses.
1 banana
1 handful fresh kale (around 30-40g)
1 frozen spinach ball (around 30-40g)
1 tbsp of almond butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
Top up with 400ml or to the top of your smoothie maker of oat milk (you can use any milk you prefer)
Blend until smooth and enjoy!
